Minimum Age Limit for Renters: 30 years of age. The cabin is not available for use by addtional friends or visitors that are not part of the rental contract. No groups or party venues will be tolerated.
Smoking Not Allowed: This cabin is non-smoking. For any guest that must smoke they must go outside. Cigarettes are a fire hazard and may not be thrown in the mulched areas of the common grounds.
